The Jewish Cultural Heritage Foundation in Italy is a partner in the project “Songs from the House of the Living”, a melodrama-work whose protagonist is the ancient cemetery of the Jewish community of Gorizia in Valdirose: ten tombstones narrate the history and destiny of as many characters.
The project, curated by the Società Storica Operaia di Pordenone, conceived as an initiative for the approach to the event “GO! 2025 Nova Gorica – Gorizia Capitale Europea della Cultura”, envisages a cycle of concerts to be held between June and October 2024.
